Who can purchase a Droplet
SwitchDin have two types of Droplets, the residential version, called Droplet ONE and the utility version, called Droplet PLUS. Only the Droplet PLUS is currently for sale, which is our newest and most advanced model.
If you do not have a SwitchDin software license subscription with SwitchDin, and your company is interested in purchasing SwitchDin Droplets, please reach out to us by sending us an email to support@switchdin.com

Centralised Ordering – Provides a single, standardised process for all SwitchDin hardware requests.
Transparent Pricing – Direct access to the Droplet PLUS Catalogue Price List to support informed purchasing decisions.
Simplified Requests – Designed for installers, DER managers, and partners deploying SwitchDin hardware in projects of any size.
How to use the Form
1. Access the Order Form
Visit the SwitchDin website, at the top menu, click on Resources > Order Our Hardware, or go directly to the Hardware Order Form.
Select Order Hardware and then follow the prompt: “Order hardware by filling out this form!”
2. Consult Hardware Pricing
- Click Catalogue Price List to view current pricing before ordering.
3. Complete the Form
Provide the following details to ensure your order can be processed quickly and accurately:
Personal details: First and last name, email address, phone number.
Company information: Company type, company name, and billing address.
Delivery details: Shipping address and “Attention to” details.
Order details: Quantity of Droplet PLUS units or accessories required.
Subscriber allocation: Specify the subscriber name to allocate the hardware. If you do not have a subscription, please enter "NA".
Project context: Please add a few words to provide context here (e.g., size of the fleet, number of sites, type of equipment you will monitor and/or control, scale of the systems in kW).
Acknowledgment: Confirm the declaration to proceed.
4. Submit the Request
Once submitted, your order is reviewed by SwitchDin’s Supply Chain team.
5. Follow Up
You will receive an order confirmation and details about the payment options.
