Only users with an Organisation Admin role or a SwitchDin Support staff can suspend operations over a unit.
1) Go to the Unit settings in Stormcloud.
2) Hit the deactivate button
This will transition the unit to an inactive state which will disable all telemetry and control, but historical data will still be available.
You can re-activate the unit at any time. Useful if you need to temporarily suspend the operation of the unit because an end-customer agreement has ended, but you don’t want to delete the unit because you may re-enroll the customer in a future program.
