Here are the important points to consider when commissioning an Acuvim meter to a Droplet:

Wiring:

Make sure the cat 6 cable is engaged in Ethernet port #2 on the meter.
Either port on the Droplet or an intermediary data switch can be used.

Meter configuration

1) Upgrade the meter firmware to the latest or above 6.21

2) Ensure the latest Modbus firmware version is used, currently sitting above v1.26

3) Ensure the time zone on the meter is set to the correct one, like "Australia/Sydney (AEDT)"

Stormcloud commissioning

When adding the device to your droplet via our Stormcloud application, you will have to define three critical values:

1) Select the current transformer input (CT Input 1). If you do not find the value that you need for your site, please contact our help center.

2) Select the CT rated opton. This will impact the metering data published in Stormcloud. 

3) Select the meter role that corresponds to the meter is measuring from. The meter role will impact the calculation of the flow of energy in Stormcloud application.
