Every licence comes with 5 seats max allowing you to build charts and dashboards based on a dataset we will have built for you.

Each user is associated with a pair of roles: 

• A platform usage role defining the level of access to the platform, which can either be:
  • Gamma: Use predefined dataset to make charts and dashboards.
  • Public: View only dashboards where the dataset has been added to the public role. 
• A data access role defining the data the user can query
  
  

Roles are added to users on user creation by SwitchDin Administrators only.
