We’d hate to see you go, but if you’ve decided to leave Stormcloud application by SwitchDin, you have a couple of options.
From the Stormcloud app or Stormcloud
1) Login to your account
2) Select your user account from the menu
3) Scroll down to Delete your account and click Remove
Alternatively, you can email our support team at support@switchdin.com.
What happens next?
Once you have initiated the delete:
1) Your login will be deactivated
2) All your personal identifiable information such as your name or address will be permanently removed
3) Any technical configuration and energy data collected will be anonymized and may indefinitely be retained for future analysis
Note: Once your account is deleted, we are unable to reactivate it, recover any data, or restore access. You will need to set up a new account if you want to use Stormcloud again.
