If you encounter any issues while configuring the Droplet, there are several steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve the problem.
Before contacting support, we would ideally recommend you restart your Droplet:
1) Power cycle
2) Wait for 30 seconds
3) Look for available Wifi and start commissioning again.
SwitchDin support team can also remotely reboot a Droplet if connected to the Internet.
