Your Droplet ID is a unique serial number that identifies your Droplet. You may need it when contacting support or managing your system. The easiest way to find it is through Stormcloud.
Finding your Droplet ID in Stormcloud
If your Droplet is already installed and connected, you can find the Droplet ID directly in Stormcloud:
- Log in to Stormcloud Web or App on your mobile device.
- Navigate to your site and select the Equipment tab on the bottom of your screen.
- The Droplet ID is displayed under the Devices section.
Finding your Droplet ID on the device
If your Droplet is being installed for the first time, the Droplet ID is printed on the device itself. The location varies depending on which Droplet model you have.
Droplet Plus
On the Droplet Plus, the Droplet ID is printed on the label on the side of the unit, below the barcode.
Droplet One
On the Droplet One, the Droplet ID can be found on the label on the underside of the metal-case unit or the side of the plastic-case unit.
