Unit Viewer
This is the view of the Unit Overview Section for those with permission level Unit Viewer. This page provides a read-only summary of the activity on the site, and is the only page accessible by a Unit Viewer.
Unit Owner (Basic)
Gives read-only access to limited information. This is often the group homeowners, or residents, are given, and is considered the lowest level of permissions.
This is the view of the Unit Overview Section for those with permission level Unit Owner (Basic).
Unit Owner (Analytics Bundle)
Adds the Analytics and Stream tabs in the Overview section on top of Basic rights.
A Unit Owner (Analytics Bundle) has access to all the features of the Unit Owner (Basic), as well as the features detailed below.

Unit Owner (Controller Bundle)
Adds the Controllers tab under Equipment, on top of Analytics Bundle rights.
Portfolio Permissions:
Portfolio permissions grant access to all units inside the portfolio and override unit permissions.
Portfolio Manager (Basic)
With Portfolio Manager (Basic), Unit Owner (Basic) access is provided to all units within the Portfolio - see above for details on what this entails.
Portfolio Manager (Analytics Bundle)
Provides Unit Owner (Analytics Bundle) access to all units within the Portfolio - see above for details on what this entails. In addition to Portfolio Manager (Basic) abilities, can delete the Portfolio and add an Installer as a user.
Portfolio Manager (Controller Bundle)
Provides Unit Owner (Controller Bundle) access to all units within the Portfolio - see above for details on what this entails. Includes all abilities of Portfolio Manager (Analytics Bundle).

What is the permission level of an Installer?
It is equivalent to Portfolio Manager (Controller Bundle).
What happens if a user has both unit and portfolio permissions for the same unit?
Portfolio permissions override unit permissions for any units inside that portfolio.

Portfolio Manager (Analytics Bundle) and Portfolio Manager (Controller Bundle).
Who can add an Installer to a portfolio?

What's the difference between the Analytics Bundle and the Controller Bundle?
The Analytics Bundle adds the Analytics and Stream tabs under Overview, plus the ability to add and remove devices via the Devices tab under Equipment. The Controller Bundle adds the ability to add and remove controllers via the Controllers tab under Equipment, on top of Analytics Bundle rights.
Can a user have different permission levels on different units?
Yes, Units can have different permission levels. However note that if the units are within the same portfolio and you have a Portfolio Membership, all units within the portfolio will have identical permissions corresponding with the Portfolio Membership level.
How do I check what permission level I currently have?
Your permission level can be viewed in the settings page inside a unit or a portfolio. Navigate to 'Users' to see your permission level.
How do I change or remove another user's permission level?
A user's permission level can be changed by navigating to Settings within the Unit or Portfolio. Click on 'Users' and find the user you wish to remove. You will see a red negative symbol (as shown on the left - clicking this will remove the user. You may remove any users with permission levels equal to or less than your own. You may now re-add the user with the desired permission level.
Do these permissions also apply in both the App Stormcloud and Web PWA?
Yes, permissions are applied in both the Stormcloud mobile application and web version.
