Each droplet has a one year hardware warranty from the date of purchase. 

After this period, should the Droplet be returned to our lab for investigation, and should SwitchDin find out this was a hardware issue, warranty will not cover it anymore. 

If it is a software issue it will free of charge even after the warranty period.
