If you ever need to check the status of a support ticket or review past conversations, you can easily view all your requests through the SwitchDin Support Hub. Here’s how to do it:
🔐 1. Log in to the Support Hub
Open the link you received for any ticket, or go directly to the Support Hub login page.
Log in using the same email address you used when submitting the ticket.
👤 2. Go to Your Profile
Once you’re logged in:
- Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of the page.
- A menu will appear.
📄 3. Select “Requests”
From the profile menu, click “Requests.”
This will take you to a page showing:
- All tickets you have submitted
- Each ticket’s current status
- Any recent updates or replies
📝 4. Open Any Ticket
Click on any ticket in the list to:
- View the full conversation thread
- See responses from the SwitchDin support team
- Add comments or reply if needed
ℹ️ Important Note
You can only see tickets submitted using your email address.
If a ticket was submitted using a different Horizon Power address (e.g., a shared or team email), you’ll need to log in with that email to access those requests.
