A: No — this setup is not supported.

Running the Multi-Battery Self-Consumption controller alongside the HP controller will cause control conflicts. Both controllers will try to set different power targets for the inverters, which can result in batteries not discharging, inverters idling, or unstable system behaviour.
 

Key rules:

• If HP controller is present → Use HP only. Do not enable Multi-Battery Self-Consumption.

• If HP controller is not present and the site has multiple inverter+battery stacks → You may use Multi-Battery Self-Consumption.
