To communicate with Horizon Power and receive controls to apply to your inverter, your SGD must be connected to the Internet.

You are expected to connect the SGD to the customer's local internet by connecting the home router with an RJ45 cable to the USB port #3 of your SGD thanks to the USB/ETH adaptor provided by Horizon Power.

Ensure you localize the USB port #3 on your SGD. Only this port will be accepted for the Internet. 
The Ethernet ports 1 and 2 cannot be used for this purpose.

Now that the connection is established, use the Stormcloud application to complete the setup.
Open the application, scan the QR code and select Connect via Ethernet
