Use Case: If you wish to directly control the PV output behind your inverter, without the need to control the other equipments, you do not need to add a controller. You can simply implement the control at device level by following these 3 steps: 

1) In the Equipment tab, select the inverter you wish to control

2) Click on Manual Override

3) Enter your Inverter active power output limit in kW and click on Update
