Use Case: This controller maintains grid target = 0 i.e. no grid import/export by distributing setpoint across all batteries
This controller is designed to perform self consumption on one or more batteries as a group.
The setpoint is currently distributed across all batteries proportionally with respect to their real time charge/discharge available power i.e. there is no direct attempt made to balance the State of Charge of the batteries.
The devices given to the controller must include a meter that can give out a grid power measurement for the self consumption reference.
This controller doesn’t work in conjunction with Peak Shaving Controller.
Simply,
1) Click on plus to add a new controller in the Controller section of the Equipment tab
2) Select Multi-Battery Self Consumption in Controller type.
Note that there is no parameter required, it automatically takes the grid measurement as a reference.
3) Select the Droplet and Devices (including the Power meter) and click Add controller
