Go to Settings 

Hit the Users tab then the 'Add' button 

Enter Users details and select Access level

Tip! Select for the homeowner Unit Owner Basic or Analytics

For background, Portfolio permissions grant access to all units inside the portfolio and override unit permissions. Unit permissions only apply to the singular unit.

Unit Owner (Basic) is the group homeowners, or residents, are given and is considered the lowest level permissions.

A user can only invite another user with a role equal or lower in power to their role.

The 3 access levels follow this hierarchy:
Unit Owner (Controller Bundle) > Unit Owner (Analytics Bundle) > Unit Owner (Basic)

• Unit Owner (Basic) gives read-only access to limited Information (Overview, Energy, Equipment)
• Unit Owner (Analytics Bundle) adds the Analytics and Stream tabs in the Overview section on top of Basic rights.
• Unit Owner (Controller Bundle) adds Controllers and Tunnelling capability to the device.
