Location of Droplet (if applicable)

If your enquiry is regarding a SwitchDin Droplet, please ensure you include the Stormcloud Unit Name. This can be found in Stormcloud at the top of the screen in a site.

If your enquiry is regarding your SwitchDin Droplet, please ensure you include your Droplet ID. This can be found on the side of your Droplet, or as the 'endpoint ID' in Stormcloud. This ID starts with 0001c... or b827...

If your enquiry is regarding your SwitchDin Droplet, please ensure you include the Portfolio of your Unit. This can be found in Stormcloud in the settings of a Unit, called 'Portfolio Name'.
