Fleet managers can view all the units belonging to their organisation within in a single searchable and filterable list in Stormcloud application.
The view can be accessed from the navigation bar if you have the ‘Org Admin’ permission.
This view will show all units in the organisation regardless of their status.
Clicking on a Unit’s name will link you to the Unit where you can update configuration as needed.
Note: If you have permissions to view more than 1 organisation, only the Units for the currently select organisation are shown. Simply select the organisation you wish to view in the top left dropdown of the navigation menu if you wish to view the units of a different organisation.

What if some units are missing from this view?
If you have permissions to view multiple organisations, double check you are viewing the correct organisation (see Organisation selection dropdown in top left of navigation bar).
Also, the unit may not have been associated with your organisation if there was a provisioning or commissioning error. Please contact our Customer Success team at support@switchdin.com who can help locate the unit and assign it to your organisation.
