The general flow of the platform is very straightforward. 

With the right permissions, you can access the platform here: https://iq.switchdin.com/

1. The data is sourced from SwitchDin’s production environment.
2. The data can be filtered into a smaller subset to avoid querying the full datasource.
3. Charts help visualise data from the columns provided in the dataset to generate new tables, time-series charts, maps and many more.
4. From a combination of charts, dashboard provide a clearer collection of information. 
5. Finally, reports provide scheduled information in the form of images or CSVs. Alerts provide scheduled information only when set conditions are matched. 

Important note: Stormcloud IQ is READ ONLY.
Stormcloud IQ only pulls data, it does not push data, make changes to databases, or update values in fields. It is a read only application.
