Context: If you are experiencing the following issue:
In Stormcloud web browser, no data is loading, or,
In Stormcloud mobile app, data stops loading after 30 minutes of connection
and no specific error or warning is shown.
Please be aware that a new security mechanism is at play here and you MUST follow the following recommentation to fix this issue. We will release an important security update.
What you need to do:
Ensure you are using Stormcloud version 0.3.52 or greater of the app (released 29/5)
Restart your mobile app
As a user, log out and in again
