Summary
SwitchDin experienced internal server errors that were quickly identified by our team and resolved as soon as possible. Due to the incident occurring at night, no control or scheduled dispatch have been impacted across any fleets. 

An internal review was conducted and improvements have been identified. We apologise for an inconvenience this outage may have caused and will look to ensure future satisfaction of all customers.
